Krista Kopf is a native of Falls City, Nebraska and earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2012. She graduated from the University of Nebraska Medical Center with a Master of Physician Assistant Studies. She joined the General Surgery Associates family in the spring of 2022 as a board certified Physician Assistant. 
 
Krista quickly found a passion for the operating room and is excited for a career in general surgery. She believes that surgery allows her to have an immediate and positive influence on the health and happiness of her patients. 
 
Krista lives in Lincoln with her fiancé Brent, and will be getting married in the fall of 2022. One of Krista’s favorite things to do is try new foods and restaurants. She also loves to travel and spend time with her friends in the outdoors, doing activities like camping, hiking and skiing.
